1. Hosting and Server Logs

Our website is operated by Webflow, Inc. When the website is accessed, server-side log data is generated (e.g. IP address, date/time, requested resource, referrer, user agent) in order to deliver the website, ensure its stability, and maintain IT security.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest). Transfer to third countries: Data may be transferred to the USA; this is safeguarded by EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC). Storage period: Log files are generally deleted within 7–30 days.

2. Contact Form

BWhen you contact us, we process the data you provide (e.g. name, email address, message) in order to handle your enquiry. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual/contractual enquiries) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (general enquiries). Note: Form data is processed via our hosting provider Webflow (data processing agreement; possible transfer to third countries in accordance with SCC). Storage period: Enquiries are generally retained for up to 12 months; longer only in the case of follow-up projects or legal obligations.

3. Recipients and Data Processors

We use service providers only to the extent necessary, in particular Webflow for hosting. Data processing agreements in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR are in place with these providers. In the case of transfers to third countries, we ensure appropriate safeguards, in particular EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

4. Rights of data subjects

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. Any consent you have given can be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future.

Last updated: 14 May 2026. We update this policy whenever this is required due to technical, legal, or organisational changes.
